RIBS

The outer sheet has a profile with 5 ribs each 40 mm high, spaced at 250 mm centre-to-centre. The ribs are filled with mineral wood shaped measuring Blow=60 mm and Bupp=30 mm.

CERTIFICATIONS

Not envisaged in the UNI EN 14509:2013 standard for the CE marking as the internal support is perforated.

SYSTEM CPT FIBRA F.A. TYPE 2 panels have various acoustic certifications depending on their stratification and tested thickness. The certificates can be viewed in and downloaded from the reserved area on our website www.pivagroup.com.

THICKNESS OF SUPPORTS
From 0.5 mm to maximum 1.2 mm. Other thicknesses are available on request.
SHEET METAL PERFORATION

Inner and outer supports perforated through punching with Ø=4 mm holes, pitch 6 mm, over a length of 940 mm. Perforation percentage roughly 40%. Other types of perforations, pitches or perforation percentages are available on request depending on the necessary quantities.
Available thicknesses 0.5-0.6-0.8 mm.
