New procedure for accessing login.pivagroupspa.com
Login procedure
The main change concerns the login procedure. From now on, this procedure will consist in entering a username rather than the e-mail address with which the user registered, besides the password, of course.
Password management
The second change involves the password management policy: the password will be entered by the user when registering, it will no longer expire and can be modified at any time in the relevant section of the user profile.
Registration request
To request access to the reserved area, it is necessary to fill in the registration form:

In addition to your data, you must choose one or more lines you are interested in.
To access the area, you must wait for approval by the administrators of the selected line(s).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail specifying the date of expiry of the access to the Piva reserved area.
Confirmation of registration for multiple lines
The various lines are managed by different administrators, so if you have selected more than one line, you will receive the confirmation e-mails at different times.
Access to the reserved area
After entering a username and password, you must select the line you are interested in among those you are allowed to access.
After completing the access procedure, if you need to change line, simply click on your name at the top right, select “Cambia linea” (Change line) then select the line you are interested in.
If access has expired, you will be redirected to a page that will guide you to request a renewal of access.

In this section you will find all the available documentation.
You can filter by category using the scroll-down menu at the top of the list, or use the search field to identify the document you are looking for.
For certain files you may have to request additional permission to download them (simply follow the specified procedure).
